D&M Products LLC — Return & Refund Policy
At D&M Products LLC, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our Hydro-Air products. All products are inspected prior to shipment.
Returns
Returns are accepted only for products that are defective in materials or workmanship. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong product, excess quantities, or products that are no longer needed.
Customers must notify D&M Products LLC of a defective product within 30 days of delivery.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you believe you received a defective product, please contact D&M Products LLC within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, D&M Products LLC may, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective product;
- Replace the defective product or component; or
- Issue a refund for the defective product.
Products damaged through misuse, abuse, improper application, modification, excessive pressure, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product’s intended operating conditions are not considered defective.
Shipping Damage
If an order arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us promptly and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist with the carrier claim.
Non-Returnable Products
Products are not returnable simply because they are unopened or unused. All sales are considered final except for products determined by D&M Products LLC to be defective in materials or workmanship.
Restocking Fee
For any return that D&M Products LLC specifically authorizes outside of our defective-product policy, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Any such return must receive prior written authorization from D&M Products LLC.
The 20% restocking fee does not apply to products determined by D&M Products LLC to be defective in materials or workmanship.
Shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other transportation-related costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by D&M Products LLC.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and other transportation-related charges are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by D&M Products LLC.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges. International sales are subject to the same defective-product return policy described above.
Return Authorization
Do not return a product without first contacting D&M Products LLC. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
